We design plastic crate mould with CAD, Pro-E, UG and other advanced software. Meanwhile,we use P20 as mould material,after quenching and medium-term high temperature tempering ,improving the hardness of the mould.Later, nitriding is applied,whose feature is low temperature and small deformation.Thus,through these processes,the crate mould will have a long life .

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our product's quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality. We will provide you sample for free as long as you afford the express freight.

A:Yes.In our quotation have all the mould information.Or you can give us your quotation list.We can finished it and send back to you.

A:We accept EXW, FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you

A: We don't have plastic injection machines,all the mould trail we will do in other trail factory.But we choose the best trail factory to mould test.
